I’m Edselle K. Cunningham, Jr., J.D., a native son of Baton Rouge and the former Executive Counsel and Executive Director of a state-wide housing finance agency.

Today, I advise government agencies, nonprofits, developers, and boards on housing finance, governance, and public-purpose investment. I also coach the leaders who run them, because good capital and good policy only work when the people stewarding them are equipped to lead.
